From 8°C in the water, you can add pond bacteria. An optimum temperature is 18°C in the water to promote their development. These bacteria limit the organic matter present in your pond.
We advise you to use bacteria in a pond to reduce the amount of algae. In fact, the bacteria will reduce the production of organic matter enriched in phosphorus and nitrates, which will drastically reduce the quantity of food available for the algae.
