For online sales
The right of withdrawal applies only to purchases made remotely via the website, Facebook, email or by telephone, including delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to reservations made via the website for in-store collection.
The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the items. During this period, the items may be returned no later than 14 days after notifying Aquiflor of your decision to cancel the purchase, without financial penalty and without having to provide a reason. Within 14 days of receiving the items returned by you, Aquiflor will refund the full purchase price (by bank transfer).
If you wish to return the goods as described above, you may unpack and handle them only to the extent necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning. If you return any items, they must be returned with all accessories supplied, in their original condition and packaging.
If you wish to return goods to our physical store, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning them. If the goods cannot be returned by post, we will collect them from your home. We will inform you of the cost or provide an estimate if it is not reasonably possible to calculate it in advance.
To exercise your right of withdrawal quickly and correctly, you can download the withdrawal form and send it to our store. If you wish to exchange the product for another product, please contact Aquiflor Customer Service. The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain specific cases provided for by law, such as perishable goods, live goods and products personalised according to the customer's instructions.
For any request to withdraw from an order placed by the buyer, we invite them to contact Customer Service by email (support@foudebassin.com), by telephone on +32 78 251 041, or by post (see address in Article 1). The product returned by the “buyer” must be in new condition, in its original packaging, accompanied by its warranty, accessories and all parts or documents included in the product box, together with proof of purchase enabling Aquiflor to verify the buyer's identity. Products that do not meet these general conditions will not be accepted by Aquiflor.
Custom-cut pond liners and protective fleece
Pond liners (EPDM, PVC, etc.) and protective fleece are custom-cut for each order to the dimensions chosen by the buyer. In accordance with Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (and Article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code for customers in France), goods made to the consumer's specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal: they cannot be returned or exchanged. This exclusion does not apply in the event of a lack of conformity or defect covered by the legal guarantee.
Foudebassin is a small family business: to continue offering you fair prices, return shipping costs for an item remain your responsibility. If the item is defective or we have made a mistake, we will of course cover the return costs.
For in-store sales
If you wish to return or exchange a product you purchased from Aquiflor (at a physical store), the seller determines the conditions for returns or exchanges.
