Algae in the water / Poor lighting conditions, too much fertilizer or nutrients can negatively affect the aquarium water and promote the appearance of algae. Floating algae cause green turbidity, bacteria whitish turbidity.

Clear and healthy water / The JBL water sterilizer eliminates turbidity caused by bacteria and floating algae. The aquarium water is led through the UV-resistant sterilizer housing. The reflection of UV-C radiation kills bacteria and other pathogenic germs as well as floating algae in the flowing water. It can also have this positive effect for the elimination of fixed algae, for example thread algae, since their spores are also largely destroyed.

No harmful side effects. / No impact on water parameters.

Easy installation / Connect the sterilizer to the external filter. Simple assembly thanks to the water inlet and outlet openings placed on the same side.

Safety assured / The JBL UV-C water sterilizer is TÜV-approved (German inspection) and equipped with a safety switch that automatically disconnects the device as soon as it is opened. The housing is UV resistant and robust, its 4 mm walls are made of reinforced polyethylene.
