Pond clay

Pond clays based on montmorillonite, and maerl: they bind some of the suspended particles, add minerals to the water and help clear it. Choose by form, montmorillonite content and volume.

How to choose a pond clay?

• Content: pure clay (Biota Earth, 100% montmorillonite) or blends (Maxi Clay 90%).
• Form: powder that disperses quickly, or small granules (Clay+).
• Pack size: from 1 to 25 kg depending on pond volume and how often you add it; regular small doses are better than one large dose.
• Maerl: a mineral alternative of marine origin (Natura Maërl, Maërl Crystal).
