Flexible fittings and couplings

Flexible couplings have many advantages when used to connect PVC pipes together, but especially when used with difficult to bond materials such as stainless steel, PP, PE, concrete and Polyester. Flexible couplings are also suitable for connecting pipes in the metric system and those in the English or American measurement system. The fittings are suitable for all low pressure pipes such as sewer pipes, sanitary and rainwater pipes.

Because the fittings are very flexible, they are also well applicable when the pipes do not fit 100%. Even with system modifications, testing or temporary fittings, flexible couplings can be removed very quickly. Using flexible couplings, pipes can also be connected at temperatures below 0 degrees, where connection is not possible.

In the event of a pipe break (e.g. due to frost), it is also possible to make a quick (emergency) repair with the help of flexible couplings. In addition to the simple assembly of pipes, an additional advantage is that the flexibility of the rubbers dampens vibrations (eg from pumps). As a result, they also go a long way in preventing stress breaks in PVC pipes.

Our standard range of flexible couplings consists of couplings / socks, racing socks, elbows, tees and plugs, ranging from 32 mm to 250 mm for example. Larger diameters up to 975mm are available on request. The fittings are very high quality with sturdy clamps and suitable for repeated use.
