There are several methods to do its lagooning:

• Either by using a drain system, on which the lava stone is placed directly
• Either by placing a grid on the bottom of the lagoon to create a buffer zone

It is always important to pass the water well from the bottom to the top so that the different diameters of lava stones filter correctly.

There are still several other possibilities (upflow, downflow, drain connector, etc.)
