Bactoplus Filter Start 2.5L for 25,000litres - Nitrifying bacteria for your pond

Bactoplus Filter Start contains a high concentration of nitrifying bacteria.

Fish produce ammonia continuously, this is free, among other things, when taking in oxygen via the gills. Ammonia is formed in the presence of a pH higher than 7.4 which can be toxic for your fish.

This product quickly accelerates the colonization of bacteria in your filter. It also allows bacteria to be stabilized in an existing installation. We recommend 50ML/1000L of water if your nitrites and/or NH3 are too high. In recommended dose, you can add 25ML/M³ (after filter cleaning).

It is advisable to cut your UV for 48 hours.
