Emperor Gong

Handcrafted using traditional methods, this elegantly designed gong is inspired by calligraphic strokes. It embodies the full brilliance of the Far East, combining balance, harmony, and beauty.

Throughout history, gongs have played a very important role in both the religious and secular life of various Asian cultures. They have been revered by warriors, emperors, princes, and priests. Indispensable instruments in Buddhist temples, they mark the beginning and end of the day. In China, 108 gong sounds can free you from 108 problems, as it is said that "when you hear the gong, your worries will disappear, making way for wisdom." Gongs are also used to drive away evil spirits, warn of possible dangers, heal the sick, and summon the spirits of the dead.

The Emperor Gong will add a unique touch to your home, and its wonderful sound will immerse you in an Oriental dream. Hang it indoors as a decorative element or outdoors where the wind blows, for example in an unobstructed corner of your home. Try different locations depending on the time of year, as the winds change with the seasons.
