Ecolat Right Gray - 2M x 14CM x 1CM - ECOO Pond Edging

The goal is to achieve a perfectly level pond edge and to see as little liner as possible. This can be achieved by using Ecolat® boards from ECOO.

Paths, lawns, flower beds, and vegetable gardens can also be landscaped in the same way with Ecolat® edging.

For curved shapes, Ecolat® edging is available in 25 or 10 m rolls. It is flexible and ideal for free-form designs. For straight-edged ponds, it is available as a 2 or 3 m long straight board.
Ecolat® boards are secured using Ecopic stakes with an H-profile. They are easy to drive into the ground and provide great stability.

Easy installation:

ECOLAT POND EDGE

For a beautiful pond edge, it is important to position the Ecolat® board perfectly level. It essentially determines the water level.

1. Drive the Ecopic stakes into the ground and secure the Ecolat board against the stakes.
2. Place a protective felt in the pond and over the Ecolat® edge. This felt protects the liner from anything sharp in the ground.
3. Then place the pond liner over the edge and finish nicely on the outside.

ECOLAT EDGING

Partially buried, Ecolat is securely fixed in the ground using Ecopic stakes.

1. Lay out Ecolat where the edging will eventually be placed. The Ecolat roll will then unroll. When laying it out, follow the undulations of the roll.
2. Dig a trench and place the Ecolat in it. Preferably place at least 2/3 of the Ecolat in the ground.
3. Drive the Ecopic stakes into the ground with a rubber mallet. The H-profile guarantees high stability. The stakes should sit approximately 3 cm lower than the top edge of the Ecolat and will be invisible once the work is finished. Depending on the type of application, place the stakes at least every 50 cm.
4. Secure the Ecolat against the Ecopic stakes with stainless steel screws (2 per stake). A spirit level is a handy tool for a successful result.
5. Fill the side of the edging with soil, bark, stones, etc.
