How to find the part for your filter?

• Model: FiltoClear, BioSmart or BioPress, followed by the number (for example 12000 or 18000).
• Version: standard, Set or UVC; some parts differ.
• Rating plate: note the reference on the filter's label.
• If in doubt: send us a photo of the filter and the part.

A genuine part lets you put your filter back into service without any adaptation, with the same watertightness as when new.
