Copper electrode replacement kit

The copper electrolyzer is installed between the piping system before the water returns to the pond (swimming pond). The copper unit releases a small amount of copper into the water flowing through the housing containing the copper unit (electrolyzer). These copper ions (Cu2+) in the water are positively charged and affect the cell walls of algae, bacteria, viruses, and other primitive organisms. Because the cell wall is affected, they can no longer absorb nutrients and therefore cannot reproduce. This process is called copper electrolysis. Connection size: 50 mm. Please note that a (too) large amount of copper can be harmful to fish. The device always switches off automatically after 2 weeks. Test the water for copper and switch the device back on if desired. This way, the risk of excessive copper in the water can be very well controlled. Do not use in ferrous water (such as groundwater).
