CTX Liquid Chlorine - 20 liters - CTX-161

Liquid chlorine for continuous disinfection. Suitable for automatic regulation systems. Concentrated formula with at least 10% active chlorine. Recommended dose: 0.4–1.4 mg/L.

Liquid chlorine effectively inactivates a wide range of pathogens normally present in water and is easily measurable and controllable. This disinfectant has been successfully used for many years in drinking water treatment and does not contain stabilizers.

• Unstabilized chlorine does not add cyanuric acid to the water

Liquid chlorine is dosed with a dosing pump.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Always adjust the pH before adding chlorine to the water to make the treatment as effective as possible. With the filtration running, inject the recommended dose of product through a dosing pump. The free residual chlorine value should be between 0.5 and 2 ppm, which can be easily measured using a chlorine and pH test kit. This check should be performed at least 1 to 2 times per week.

DOSAGE

Initial treatment: Add 1 L of product for every 10 m³ of water, or add 15 g of ClorShock per m³ of water. Two hours later, adjust the water pH between 7 and 7.4 using ctx 10 pH Minus or ctx 20 pH Plus. This treatment should be repeated whenever there is a lack of water clarity. Maintenance treatment: Once the water pH is adjusted, add 0.5 L of product per 10 m³ of water per day. These doses are indicative and may be modified depending on the characteristics of each pool, climate, etc.
