Salt electrolysis

In slightly salty water (>3 g NaCl/litre), sodium hypochlorite is automatically generated on site to disinfect the water. As a result, adding chlorine is completely unnecessary. The salt concentration can range from 3 to 100 grams of NaCl/litre. Sodium hypochlorite disinfects the water and eliminates unpleasant odors caused by combined chlorine (chloramines). The electrolysis unit has Ø63 mm connections.
