Nautex in 5kg bucket - Coccolithic chalk for pond

Useful for managing and combating eutrophication caused by organic pollution. Annual maintenance recommended.

💡 Dosage: 100 g/m² per application, 2 applications per year (spring and autumn) for maintenance - 150 to 200 g/m² for shock treatment (heavily silted pond, first year), then switch to maintenance.

NAUTEX, also known as "coccolithic chalk" or Champagne chalk, is a natural calcium carbonate of sedimentary origin, 60 million years old. Its chemical formula is CaCO3. It is very popular among fish farm operators, fishing bodies of water, and any institution committed to rebalancing water parameters.

Designed to oxygenate and halt the increase in organic silt height in bodies of water, a NAUTEX treatment offers numerous advantages.

NAUTEX thus plays a major role in regulating pH and dissolved oxygen levels. In a minimum amount of time, the action of the chalk restores the ecological balance, promotes photosynthesis, and thus provides better oxygenation of the water.

NAUTEX works in two complementary ways: physically, by flocculating suspended solids, and biologically by breaking down organic matter in the sediment.
