Pondovac 4 or Pondovac 5?
The Pondovac 4 sucks up to 5,000 l/h from 2.4 m deep, the Pondovac 5 up to 8,000 l/h from 2.5 m. Both work continuously thanks to their two chambers. For advice on your pond, contact us: +32 10 86 03 54 or support@foudebassin.com.
What is included?
4 aluminium tubes, blanket-weed nozzle, wide universal nozzle, flat nozzle, water suction brush, brush nozzle, collection bag, 5 m suction hose and 2.5 m discharge hose.
Can the hose be extended?
The product page does not provide for an extension, and operation with a floating hose is not possible. Contact us before adding a hose: +32 10 86 03 54 or support@foudebassin.com.
How do I maintain it?
Empty and rinse the collection bag after each use. If a nozzle gets blocked, the manual regulator lets you flush it out. Pondovac 4 spare parts are available on the site.
What warranty?
2-year legal warranty. OASE adds 2 extra years of warranty if you register the product on the OASE website. If you have lost the registration confirmation e-mail, contact OASE customer service.
When will I receive my order?
The shipping time is shown on the product page, just above the buy button. As soon as the parcel leaves, you receive the carrier's tracking link by e-mail. Transit time depends on the country and the size of the parcel (pallet shipments take longer).
