This skimmer model to be integrated into the walls of the pool is ideal for an almost invisible positioning below the finishing slabs. If you want to use this skimmer without an extension, you must order a valve for a smaller skimmer (see options)

With skimmers, you can remove up to 85% of dirt from the surface before it decomposes. Skimmer therefore means: avoiding pollution.

FUNCTIONING

• Skimmers remove dirt particles, which float on the water surface, before they sink and pollute the pond.
• The upper part of the fl oating skimmers floats on the water surface. In the case of models to be integrated into the pool wall, there is a valve which fl oats against the water surface
• By the action of the connected pump, a thin film of water is sucked up. This causes a flow of water in the direction of the skimmer.
• Large particles such as leaves and grass are caught by the retention basket. It should be emptied regularly. Smaller particles are directed to the filter to be removed from the water there.
• A useful side effect is the suction of hot surface water. Thus, the temperature remains more constant in the depths, which is an advantage for the balance of the body of water.
