Koi Professional Junior has been specially designed to meet the needs of young koi. Thanks to its high content of essential, highly unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, an appropriate protein ratio, as well as important vitamins, minerals, and trace elements, it promotes healthy and rapid growth.
Furthermore, Koi Professional Junior contains the probiotic Bacillus velezensis (formerly B. subtilis), also known as an intestinal flora stabilizer. By stabilizing the intestinal flora, the animals develop a strong immune system. A healthy intestinal flora also improves food assimilation, which promotes rapid and balanced development of the koi. Better food assimilation also significantly reduces water pollution from excretions, which are toxic to fish and promote algae growth.
In addition, it is possible to create the necessary conditions for optimal color development right from the start. Koi Professional Junior contains at least 36 mg/kg of astaxanthin, a pigment that, in its natural form, significantly intensifies all body colors. Color separation remains sharp, and white areas do not change color. Furthermore, astaxanthin is vitamin-like, strengthens the immune system, is an antioxidant, and promotes fertility. Only the natural, highly bioavailable variant of astaxanthin is used for its food. Koi Professional Junior contains krill oil, Haematococcus algae, and spirulina, which are excellent sources of astaxanthin.
