Box of 20 Japanese incense sticks - Koh Do - Zen (agarwood and spices)
Koh Do Zen is a clever blend of aloe wood (also called agar or gelose), sandalwood, borneol, clove, cinnamon and other medicinal plants that give it a spicy note. Its rare and exquisite aroma was the favorite of Zen Master Kodo Sawaki. Made by the Baieido company in Japan, it contains very high quality natural ingredients. In 1657, Kakuemon Yamatoya opened a medicinal plant and aromatic wood shop in Sakai, Japan. Since then, Baieido has continued to make its incense with the same ancestral formulas, which are secretly passed down from generation to generation.
Scent also available in large boxes (ref. IB550 and IB552) and in long-lasting format (ref. IB551).
