Considered as priceless treasures, frankincense and myrrh have been used to worship God, purify places, and heal the body and mind. Let yourself be inspired by this rich, warm and sweet blend that evokes the sacred. Close your eyes and make your wishes to the Three Wise Men!

Use :

Light a charcoal, place it in a heat-resistant container with ashes or sand and insulated from the table. Then place small amounts of resins on the charcoal. You can burn pure resins or mixed with other resins, herbs or oils. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Use with caution. Ventilate the room after use. Do not inhale the smoke directly.

Remember that intention is the basis of any smudging ritual: if your heart is pure and your purpose noble, the effect will be enhanced.
