BACTOVASE allows a significant reduction in sludge and mud depths in ponds, rivers, and canals. These are powerful bacteria to eliminate organic matter in ponds.

Our many references show a reduction up to 50% of sludge volume. The treatment principle involves adding microorganisms that multiply and break down the organic part of sludge and mud.

Usage advice for BACTOVASE

For water bodies larger than 200M²: 2 applications per year (150GR/M²)
For water bodies smaller than 200M²: 2 applications per year (200GR/M²)

Due to its insoluble formulation, Aquipond Bactovase, once spread, will settle and deposit on the surface of the mud in water bodies. We recommend spreading by boat, using a feed scoop. It is important to apply Bactovase over the entire water body.
