Colombo Morenicol Lernex Pro is a treatment specially developed for skin and gill flukes in pond fish and koi carp.

Its formula is particularly suitable for dealing with Gyrodactylus and Dactylogyrus, especially when these parasites have proven resistant to more conventional worm treatments.

Which parasites does Lernex Pro treat?

Lernex Pro primarily acts against:

• Gyrodactylus: skin flukes;

• Dactylogyrus: gill flukes;

• fluke strains showing resistance to certain traditional treatments.

Its formulation combines several active substances to provide targeted action against these particularly problematic parasites in pond fish.

When should Lernex Pro be used?

A fluke infestation can cause various symptoms in fish: rubbing against the sides, restlessness, excessive mucus production, clamped fins, gill irritation, or breathing difficulties.

Whenever possible, it is recommended to perform a skin scrape and microscopic examination before treatment in order to precisely identify the responsible parasite.

Warning: Lernex Pro should not be confused with classic Lernex. Lernex Pro is specifically intended for Gyrodactylus and Dactylogyrus and is not the preferred treatment for fish lice (Argulus), anchor worms (Lernaea), or leeches.
