Valves

Valves for ponds, filtration and pools: PVC ball valves (single or double union, three-way), slide valves from VDL, Valterra, Cepex and Koi Pro, and flow regulators for flexible hose. Choose by diameter, fitting type and use.

How to choose a valve?

  • Role: slide valve to isolate a large diameter (bottom drain, gravity filter), ball valve to shut off or adjust a pressurised circuit.
  • Fitting: solvent-weld, threaded or for flexible hose; double union so it can be removed.
  • Operation: manual or pneumatic, for remote draining.
  • Diameter: that of the PVC pipe or hose; if in doubt, measure the pipe's outside diameter.
