Description du produit :

For bonding tight and loose fit pipes, couplings and fittings (fills joints) in pressure installations and venting installations. Suitable for diameters ≤ 400 mm. Max. 16 bar (PN 16). Maximum tolerance 0.6 mm clearance / 0.2 mm tightening. Suitable among others for pipe installations according to EN1329, 1452, 1453, 1455 and ISO 15493 (PVC).

Do not use at temperatures ≤ +5°C.

DURING USE:

Manual

1. Saw the pipes square, chamfer and deburr. 2. Clean the surfaces to be bonded with Griffon Cleaner and Cleaner Cloth. 3. Quickly and evenly apply the glue all around (4 to 6x) the two surfaces to be bonded (thick layer on the pipe, thin layer in the sleeve). 4. Fit the sleeve directly. Remove excess glue. Do not subject the assembly to mechanical load for the first 10 minutes. After use, close the packaging tightly.

Points of attention

The size of the bottle brush depends on the volume of the packaging. Use appropriate packaging (brush) depending on the diameter to be bonded.

AFTER USE:

Stains/residue

Remove glue stains with Griffon Cleaner.
