The BioTec ScreenMatic² Set 40000 OC combines the belt filter, pump and UVC clarifier required for a pond filtration system. The screen automatically separates coarse impurities before they reach the foams, reducing fouling and extending the intervals between maintenance operations.

Reference 74445 corresponds to this set equipped with the 13000 pump. OASE Control functions require a Garden Controller Cloud or an FM-Master Cloud, which must be purchased separately.

Choose according to the pond's stocking level

OASE states a maximum capacity of 40 m³ without fish, 20 m³ with fish and 10 m³ with koi carp. The choice also depends on the pond's actual load, the amount of food distributed and exposure to sunlight. The maximum flow rate indicated for the filtration system is 9,000 l/h.

Filtration designed to make maintenance easier

The belt moves automatically according to the level of fouling detected. The waste falls into a basket that you can remove, while the various foams provide mechanical and biological filtration. The foams can be cleaned directly in the filter, and a drain allows dirty water to be removed.
