PP40-P Drum Filter

Description

Professional PP drum filters with an advanced controller. Suitable for gravity-fed or pump-fed installation. With a pump-fed setup, the flow rate is reduced by approximately 30%. Installation height: 12 cm above the water level. Equipped with a powerful 5-bar stainless-steel rinse pump, additional gutter rinsing, and 120-micron stainless-steel screen panels. The rinse level and dry-running level are adjustable via sensors with measuring probes. The rinse time is adjustable. Sockets for the drum motor, rinse pump, and circulation pump. Standard equipment includes dry-run protection for the circulation pump. Manual rinsing is possible with a push button.

The PP biochambers are specially designed for the two drum filters and can be installed with flexible couplings. The biological chambers are equipped with rubber membrane aerators and a 20/25 mm PVC connection for the air pump. The grilles in the biological chambers have an opening size of 8 mm (therefore not suitable for KNS chips or book chips/flakes). The ideal filter medium is Helix/Helix Plus. BK60: max. 150 litres of media, BK90: max. 350 litres of media.
