Features
Our ponds are coated with polyurea inside. This prevents the pond from rusting. Additionally, our ponds are equipped with a fixed overflow pipe and optionally with passage holes.
The color of corten steel is brown-orange and forms through a natural rust layer. Another name for corten steel is weathering steel: weather conditions have a positive effect on the material.
Corten steel is a metal alloy composed of iron, with added copper, phosphorus, silicon, nickel, and chromium. When exposed to open air, the material forms a protective rust layer. This natural rust layer protects against further corrosion. This gives the ponds a long lifespan.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- 5-year warranty.
- The interior is coated with black polyurea. This prevents the pond basin from rusting when filled with water.
- Corten steel ponds are wear-resistant, weatherproof, require little maintenance, and are durable.
- Products are delivered unrusted. The rusting process of corten steel takes 4 to 5 months, depending on weather conditions.

Important:
- Water elements must be placed on a firm and level surface.
- We produce basins and walls to order, allowing customization and choice of waterfalls as well as pumps (available as accessories).
- The pH value of the water must be at level 7 to prevent material wear.
- Products must be unpacked immediately after delivery so that any moisture between the packaging and the product is not trapped. This can cause rust and uneven stains.
- For the wall with water blade, it is placed on the edge of the basin.
