In addition to its beneficial effect on water quality, BactoSwim maintains lava stone filters (annual treatment for 5 years). It is usually packaged in 10 kg buckets (spread at 150 g/m²).

Instructions for use

• Apply 2 to 3 times per season (spring/summer/autumn/winter) at 150 g/m² depending on the size of your lagoon.

• At the start of the season, use 1 kg per 10,000 L of water as soon as the water reaches 15°C to restart the biological balance.

How does BactoSwim work?
Its insoluble formulation allows microorganisms to settle on the surface of the sludge and break down organic matter, gradually transforming it into CO₂ and H₂O. This natural degradation reduces sludge depth and supports a healthy environment. The proliferation of bacteria consumes organic matter (CHON), which encourages the appearance of protozoa and then more developed organisms, completing the ecological chain.
