Red and fast-growing plants need large amounts of iron. For this reason an iron deficiency often occurs in aquariums with a large amount of plants and strong lighting. However, aquatic plants need iron to develop their colors and for healthy growth.

The new systemic treatment sera flore 2 ferro has been specially developed for this situation. It provides plants with sufficient amounts of iron and thus promotes color development.

Many aquariums are equipped with UV-C clarifiers which quickly damage normal iron complexes, so iron is only available to plants for a short time.

This is not the case with the sera flore 2 ferro. The use of specially chelated iron ensures availability for a period of several days. sera flore 2 ferro does not contain nitrates or phosphates and is well tolerated by all invertebrates.
