This magnificent chime is tuned to the last chord of the song Hymne à L'Amour. The lyrics written by Edith Piaf were inspired by her love affair with boxer Marcel Cerdan. She will sing it for the first time in September 1949 in New York. A few weeks later, Marcel Serdan will tragically die in the crash of the Paris – New York flight, while he was joining her. Many artists have performed this moving song, from Cindy Lauper to Fubuki Koshiji. Our chime is a tribute to Edith Piaf and the eternal power of love.

The weather vane is removable so that it can be personalized. You can take it to a specialized store to engrave or silkscreen a personal message such as a wedding date, birthday or any other congratulations.
