AquaForte Mr. Perfect – Inverter Heat Pump for Swimming Pools and Ponds

AquaForte Mr. Perfect is a revolution in swimming pool heat pumps. Compared with other inverter heat pumps, the AquaForte Mr. Perfect features Inverpad Turbo fan technology. It is the quietest (38.4 dB) and most energy-efficient solution in the pool industry. The heat pump has a very modern design and is made of high-quality aluminum for a long service life.
Frost protection with heating tapes
AquaForte Mr. Perfect heat pumps are protected by 2 heating tapes to prevent damage to the heat pump in cold weather.
- Compressor protection. Activated at an ambient temperature of +/- 8°C if the compressor is stopped at that moment. The heating tape switches off again if the compressor starts or if the ambient temperature rises above +/- 8°C again.
- Evaporator protection. This improves the drainage of meltwater, preventing ice from forming around the heat pump. It also speeds up the defrosting function. Activated if the compressor runs continuously for 20 minutes and the outdoor temperature is +/- 0°C in heating mode. Activated during operation of the defrosting function. The heating tape is deactivated again if the temperature rises above this value again.
The heat exchanger is also protected against freezing. If the inlet water temperature is 2°C and the ambient temperature is 0°C, the heat pump automatically starts heating. If the water temperature is 15°C or the ambient temperature is 1°C, the heat pump returns to standby mode. This function only works if the heat pump is supplied with electricity and the pool pump is also providing flow. If there is no flow through the heat pump, an E3 message is displayed and the heat pump shuts down. To protect the heat exchanger against damage caused by freezing, it is therefore necessary for the heat pump to always have flow during freezing conditions.
AquaForte Mr Perfect heat pumps are equipped with a modern touchscreen and come standard with a WiFi module that allows the heat pump to be controlled remotely via an app (Apple & Android). The AquaForte Mr Perfect draws air in from the rear of the heat pump. Cold air is discharged from the sides. The AquaForte Mr. Perfect has a special connection for coupling to an external controller (Astral Elite / Sugar Valley). The controller sends a signal to the heat pump to switch it on and off. This allows the heat pump to remain powered at all times, so it can always be cooled.
