15 cm Full Moon Tibetan Singing Bowl

The 15 cm Full Moon Tibetan singing bowl is hand-hammered in Nepal. Its wall is engraved with the Om Mani Padme Hum mantra and a traditional symbol of luck and longevity. It can punctuate a meditation session or be used to explore the sounds of a singing bowl.

Set contents

Bowl made of an alloy of seven metals, according to the composition stated by the manufacturer.
Diameter: 15 cm; height: 8 cm.
Mallet, brocade cushion and fabric bag included.

Making the bowl sound

Start with a light strike, then slide the wooden part of the mallet around the rim. Gradually adjust the pressure and speed. The artisanal hammering may make the rim slightly uneven and require some practice. The cushion color and pattern may vary.
