Anti-Mix 250ml - Acriflavine and Malachite Green for bacterial treatment

Koi Doctor Anti-Mix combines acriflavine and malachite green. It is used against single-celled parasites, bacterial infections, and fungi (mycoses). Acriflavine also has antiviral activity and can be used against gill necrosis.

Directions for use: 20 ml per 1,000 litres. For white spot, carry out two to three treatments at 4-day intervals.

Precautions:

• Do not use if the water temperature is below 8°C.
• Use only 80% of the dose if the pH is below 7.
• Turn off the UV and ozoniser and remove the activated carbon during treatment (3 days).
• Do not use in salt water (more than 3 kg of salt per 1,000 litres).
• Increase oxygenation and do not feed the fish during treatment.
• Only treat after the problem has been formally identified (microscopic diagnosis), and not if other treatments have recently been carried out.
• Once opened, keep for one year between 10 and 25°C.

Safety: Toxic if inhaled, in contact with skin or if swallowed; causes burns. Corrosive. Suspected of causing cancer. Use only in a well-ventilated area. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a specialist. In case of accident, consult a doctor immediately. Do not use on fish intended for human consumption.

After treatment, we recommend adding Malamix 17 to the water: it helps the fish's skin to regenerate and restarts the filter bacteria.
