Are you the owner of a natural pool and want to enjoy clear and pleasant water all year round?
Discover Aquipond BactoSwim, a blend of natural bacteria that works by restoring the biological balance of your pond. BactoSwim gives a real "boost" to your natural pool by promoting the breakdown of organic sludge and limiting excessive algae presence, while preserving water clarity.

Product specifics
In addition to its beneficial effect on water quality, BactoSwim maintains lava stone filters (annual treatment for 5 years). It is usually packaged in 10 kg buckets (spread at 25 g/m² of lagoon zone).

Instructions for use

• Apply 2 to 3 times per season (spring/summer/autumn/winter) at 25 g per m² of lagoon zone per application.

• At the start of the season, as soon as the water reaches 15°C, spread the product over the lagoon zone to restart the biological balance.

Safety and environmental respect

• No pathogenic germs, GMO-free, and free of phytosanitary products

• Safe for humans, flora, and fauna

• Avoid introducing food (bread, crumbs, etc.) into the water to feed fish and ducks

How does BactoSwim work?
Its insoluble formulation allows microorganisms to settle on the surface of the sludge and break down organic matter, gradually transforming it into CO₂ and H₂O. This natural degradation reduces sludge depth and supports a healthy environment. The proliferation of bacteria consumes organic matter (CHON), which encourages the appearance of protozoa and then more developed organisms, completing the ecological chain.

Is it dangerous for swimming?
No, BactoSwim is designed for biological swimming and is completely safe for humans and the environment.
