Firestone QuickSeam Splice Tape is a 76mm (3”) self-adhesive tape
wide designed for on-site execution of panel assembly joints
of Firestone PondGard™ membrane.

1. Preparation
   
   The surface of the PondGard™ membrane should be prepared by applying
   a coat of QuickPrime Plus primer using a scrubbing tool
   QuickScrubber. The use of other products is not permitted. bring back
   the product at room temperature before use in case of exposure
   prolonged at temperatures below 15 ºC.
   
   
2. Application
   
   For more specific installation instructions, see the assembly chapter. The use of
   Firestone QuickPrime Plus primer and QuickScrubber tool is imperative.

5. Precautions
   
   

   Take care to avoid any situation conducive to perforation or damage to this membrane during transport,
   movement or handling. Protect Firestone QuickSeam Splice Tape from waste from use
   of the following products: hydrocarbons, lubricants, oils (mineral and vegetable) and animal fats.
   Store this product in its original packaging at a temperature between 15 and 25°C. Keep this product
   out of direct sunlight until ready to apply.
   The shelf life of this product is expected to be up to 12 months, when stored under the conditions
   aforementioned. Check the production date of each roll. Shelf life will be reduced if exposed
   at high temperatures.
