For this type of tarpaulin, provide a protective underlay
in geotextile (400 g/m2).

in the factory. These EPDM tarpaulins are used on classic shapes.
Basin configuration:
- If all shapes are possible, be sure to draw one that does not hinder the proper circulation of water and fish.
- All forms of strangulation are to be avoided.
- If you use a tarpaulin as waterproofing, too irregular shapes (L-shaped or U-shaped basin) also generate a lot of losses (in the tarpaulin).
Landings and levels:
- The depth of a pool must imperatively reach a minimum of 80 cm for the well-being of small fish and 1 m for large ones (koi, sturgeon, etc.).
- The other levels are essential for plantations.
- The greatest depth must cover at least 30% of the pool surface.
