Removable Meditation Bench - Black

This padded meditation bench is handcrafted from extra-strong cotton fabric.

An ergonomic base is a sound investment to ensure you remain comfortable and relaxed throughout your meditation sessions. If, due to a lack of flexibility, using a traditional zafu is difficult or even impossible for you, the bench is an excellent alternative. By raising your pelvis, it helps you keep your back straight, align your spine and avoid tension. The bench enables you to adopt perfect posture, thereby taking care of both your mind and body.

To clean your bench, brush the fabric or use a vacuum cleaner. Stains can be removed by rubbing them with a damp cloth.

Also available: the matching zabuton to protect your knees and ankles.
