Koto Wind Chime

Koto features a hand-painted fan-shaped wind catcher. The black wood and five tubes highlight this Japan-inspired decoration. The chime is tuned to a pentatonic scale.

Features

Total height of 41 cm, 5 black aluminum tubes, ash wood with a black finish. Stone decorations. Hand-painted aluminum wind catcher.

Choosing a Location

Hang the chime from a sturdy fixture where a light breeze can reach its wind catcher. Leave space around the tubes so they can vibrate freely. A location sheltered from gusts and severe weather helps preserve the finishes. Dust with a soft cloth and regularly check the hanging mechanism.
