Mindfulness Wind Chime - Large - 120CM

The Mindfulness Wind Chime is tuned to an African scale and features a delicate lotus flower on the wind vane.

Mindfulness refers to the practice of mindfulness inspired by Buddhist meditation. It is often used to reduce stress and to improve physical, mental and emotional health. Becoming aware of our thoughts and feelings is a first step on the path to inner transformation. With its relaxing sound, this chime invites us to pay attention to our surroundings and live in the present moment, keeping our minds calm and focused. We can then find creative solutions to problems that previously seemed insurmountable to us.

According to Tibetan Buddhism, the lotus flower represents purity of body and soul. Allegorically, the muddy water where the lotus grows represents attachment and carnal desires. The immaculate flower that emerges there symbolizes the promise of the salvation of the soul. Legend has it that when the Buddha took his first steps, wherever he stepped, lotus flowers grew.

Did you know ?
The lotus is associated with longevity, and for good reason: seeds found in the Chinese province of Liaoning germinated after remaining dormant for more than 1,300 years!

We want this wind chime to help you find inner peace. Its agreement is guaranteed for life.
