Below a water temperature of 17°C, the metabolism of the fish is no longer fully functional. This is why food must be particularly digestible in spring and autumn. For koi, this is the only way to prepare in time for winter and to start the year well in spring.

Koi Professional Spring & Fall meets the specific nutritional needs of koi in spring and autumn – the most sensitive phases for koi throughout the year.

The spring/autumn food for koi consists of two elements: the ring and the core of the food. This is possible thanks to the special co-extrusion process, which allows for the combination of raw materials processed in different ways. The ring contains highly digestible ingredients that promote metabolism. The core consists, among other things, of essential vitamins, minerals, and trace elements for healthy growth and a strong immune system. Furthermore, a vitamin C supplement strengthens the body's defenses and reduces susceptibility to disease. Thus, the physical condition of the animals is improved in order to prepare them optimally for hibernation and to allow them to start spring in the best possible conditions.
