The natural habitat of certain fish, such as discus, angelfish, or neon tetras, is characterized by very soft, slightly acidic, and somewhat dark water. These tropical-like black water conditions can be achieved easily and sustainably with sera super peat.

The functional natural black peat granules, which are easy to add to the filter, lower the carbonate hardness (KH) in the long term and stabilize the pH at a slightly acidic level. Additionally, the product constantly releases valuable humic and fulvic acids.
