Windsinger Orpheus Wind Chime

The magnificent Orphée chime is one of Woodstock's largest. It combines cutting-edge technology, art, and craftsmanship. Made with extra-thick aluminum tubes that are specially suspended, it seems that the music of this chime will last forever. Its harmonious melody will lull you each time the wind blows.

The name of this wind chime pays tribute to Orpheus, the legendary poet and musician of Greek mythology. Son of the muse Calliope, he was able to enchant all living creatures and even stones with his songs. He descended into the underworld to bring back his beloved Eurydice; there, he even managed to lull the fierce Cerberus to sleep with his music.

The Orphée chime is tuned to an ancient Chinese pentatonic scale using just intonation, or the natural scale. This feature produces extremely pure sounds and particularly harmonious music. Hang it in your garden or on your patio to delight all your guests!

The tuning of this wind chime is guaranteed for life.
