How to use Phosex Pond JBL?

You may have known another name for the PhosEX Pond JBL but it is now its official name everywhere :-) How to use this PhosEX Pond JBL?

  • Simple to use : calculate the amount needed, mix with pond water in a watering can, distribute evenly over the pond.

Pond phosphate remover

This product removes phosphate which is actually the nutrient of algae. It deprives the algae of their food base (we treat the algae problem at the source). Above all, it allows you not to worry about curative anti-algae treatments . Here, we act before, and it will be especially important to use this product if you have few plants.

Often, a koi carp tank leaves little room for plants such as water lilies which are real nitrate pumps. This is also the case for plants such as pistias, which carp love. This product deprives algae of their food base: significant drop in high phosphate levels (after 2 to 24 hours).

What is that? It is a phosphate remover. We cut off the food source of the algae in the pond. There is a version of this treatment suitable for aquariums.

No side effect: harmless to fish, no aluminum diffusion. The effect is expressed by a brownish coloring of the water.

Algae can pollute the pond water and therefore harm pond fish and plants. For sustainable algae removal, JBL has developed a special concept in collaboration with scientists.

Easy to use PhosEx Direct

Calculate needs. Mix the required amount with pond water in a watering can, then distribute it evenly over the entire pond. Use preventively every 6 weeks and after each anti-algae control operation. If it is a swimming pool, do not swim there for 24 hours after application. Do not pour on floating lily pads.
