If due to a lack of flexibility, it is difficult or even impossible for you to use a traditional zafu, the bench seat is an excellent alternative. By raising the pelvis, you keep yourself straight, your spine is straightened and you are not in tension. To clean your bench, brush the fabric or use the vacuum cleaner. Stains can be removed by rubbing it with a damp cloth.
