The ideal ozone reactor that can be installed (under the water surface) under pressure! Thanks to an ingenious purge system, pressurized water can be sucked in without the need for a free outlet above the water surface.

This property makes this device ideal for combination with, among other things, granule filter systems which are often installed below (or at the same level as) the water surface.

Functioning:

Water is pumped into the reactor through a venturi. Ozone with a small amount of air is also pumped into this venturi. The venturi incorporates a stainless steel grid that generates turbulence, which mixes water and ozone optimally.

In addition, the free ozone present in the upper part of the reactor is continuously sucked through orifices in the venturi system, which makes it possible to derive maximum benefit from the ozone produced! Water can leave the system only through the bottom outlet, resulting in a long contact time.

Any residual ozone can leave the system at the top via a 20 mm outlet in the lid.

This ozone can be piped into a residual ozone destructor (such as a tube filled with activated carbon) or vented to the outside through a purge hose.
