Les avantages de la piscine écologique et la baignade au naturel

The advantages of the ecological swimming pool and natural swimming

Everyone dreams of having an ecological swimming pool, a pool on the edge of the forest which is not a pond, but a natural swimming pool.

Many people like to enjoy natural bathing especially in the hot season.

When you swim in pure water, you have the impression of being transported to a mountain lake or swimming in the river with less cold if the temperature is still very pleasant. And then, there is no chlorine in the mouth and it is very pleasant.

But pure water attracts new inhabitants.

Very quickly, we notice a real breeding of dragonflies, the arrival of laughing frogs. And little by little, we also saw arriving, but in all seasons, birds to drink, to groom themselves. The ecosystem will create itself, enrich itself little by little and balance itself

To obtain clean water for bathing, we do not need chemicals, but several stages of natural filtration must be followed.

The first step is filtration. Filtration is essential to remove impurities such as hair or dead leaves. Then the water will be treated in this regeneration basin using plants and rock. This filtration stage is integrated into the bathing area.

So the water will end up under this regeneration. What is regeneration? It's about 90 to a meter 20 of aggregates. And if you want, the water will go up through these aggregates and will rub shoulders with the habitat. Microorganisms are there to eat the bacteria that we as humans bring in when we swim.

Taking precautions before swimming is essential!

To avoid bacteria, the mandatory passage through the shower to eliminate our bacteria as much as possible is requested. There is the aggregate composed of limestone pebbles which does 80% of the work. The rest are plants.

The water will rub shoulders with the plants.

The plants will bring oxygen, will complete the filtration work and then, naturally, the water will end up in the bathing area. So, a long-term natural swimming pool is quite economical in the sense that you don't have to buy chemicals and only have to pay for the electricity to run your pump .

That's barely a few euros per year for the use of this pump which brings filtered water back to the swimming pool , in the long term, these natural baths are not expensive.

The pump has quick access without tools, and maintenance is not complicated.

On the other hand, the cost of building this type of pool is generally higher than for a traditional pool.

Past islets of tests, the plants that live permanently at the bottom of the water to oxygenate the water, to eat the sediments, therefore. But these plants live only in water, and cannot live outside of water. That's why above, we put water lilies to try to put an aesthetic side, it's the regeneration part,

Natural aesthetics are the asset of a pool and respect for the environment.
