Complete CO2 fertilization kit, with 2 pressure gauges, night cut-off and single-use bottle for vigorous and beautiful aquarium plants.

• Ready-to-connect CO2 fertilization kit with solenoid valve for night cut-off for optimal supply to all plants in freshwater aquariums from 40 to 600 l, thus preventing algae.
• Easy installation: screw the regulator with mounted solenoid valve onto the bottle, connect the hose to the bubble counter/check valve and to the reactor. Connect the solenoid valve to the timer (not supplied), set the number of bubbles – done.
• Single-use bottle. No hose slippage thanks to screwed hose connections, non-return valve prevents water from entering the bottle. Pressure gauges displaying the pressure in the bottle and the working pressure.
• The correct CO2 concentration in the aquarium water is checked on the display of the supplied Permanent CO2/pH test and can be readjusted if necessary.
• Contents: 500g disposable CO2 cylinder, regulator with solenoid valve, 3m hose, bubble counter with non-return valve, TAIFUN CO2 reactor and extension kit, CO2/pH permanent test with reagents.

Aquarium Plant Food
Plants provide the aquarium with oxygen, which is vital for its inhabitants, they prevent algae and remove problematic substances. The JBL fertiliser kit supplies the plants with CO2, their main nutrient, via the water. The plants absorb it and, with the help of light, convert it into sugar and oxygen during photosynthesis.

Easy assembly
The system is completely ready for connection. Screw the pressure reducer onto the CO2 bottle and connect it via the hose to the bubble counter (with non-return valve) and then to the reactor in the aquarium. The CO2 flows into the aquarium and dissolves in the water using the reactor. The CO2 supply can be interrupted at night by the solenoid valve mounted in between (night cut-off). The CO2/pH permanent test continuously displays the amount of CO2 dissolved in the water, which can be readjusted.

Security
The bottle is TÜV approved. Thanks to the non-return valve, no water can enter the bottle. The autonomy of a CO₂ system depends on several factors. The most important factors are the carbonate hardness, the quantity and type of plants and the strength of the water movement on the surface. A 500 g bottle that is not interrupted at night by a solenoid valve lasts about 4 months with the basic setting. The recyclable single-use CO2 bottles can be purchased individually or in a more advantageous pack of 3.

Conversion from disposable to refillable cylinders and vice versa: All JBL CO2 cylinder systems are compatible with each other. In the refillable system (M-System), simply unscrew the nut on the regulator with an Allen key. The regulator is then suitable for the U-System (disposable cylinders). If you have a disposable system, you can adapt the regulator to refillable cylinders (M-System) by screwing on the um adapter.
