- Thanks to its compact size, the Blue Lagoon Tech is ideal for use in all filter installations where space is limited, but high disinfection is still desired. The Blue Lagoon Tech UV-C device disinfects your pool water efficiently and ecologically. UV-C radiation inactivates bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms and prevents them from growing. This device can reduce the chlorine concentration by 50 to 80%! In addition, the polished stainless steel reactor ensures reflection of UV-C rays, increasing performance by up to 35%. Thanks to the Blue Lagoon Tech UV-C, your water is disinfected efficiently and safely and the quality of your water remains excellent. The 16W, 40W and 75W Tech UV-C models feature a special T5 UV lamp with a unique base. The Amalgam version (Tech UV-C 130W) includes a flow switch that deactivates the lamp when it is too low. UV-C amalgam lamps are less affected by temperature fluctuations in the water and generate constant and powerful radiation. The Amalgam UV-C lamp generates the most powerful UV-C light available on the market.
