Griffon WDF-05 glue for rigid PVC & ABS - Can with bottle brush

• Glue for PVC, blue, thixotropic and very fast setting

For bonding flexible hoses and press fit and wider rigid PVC pipes, couplings and fittings (fills joints) in drain or pressure installations. Ideally suited for swimming pools and whirlpools as well as for applications in wet conditions. Suitable for diameters ≤ 160 mm. Max. 16 bar (PN 16). Maximum tolerance 0.8 mm clearance / 0.2 mm clamping (flexible hoses max. 0.3 mm) / 0.2 mm clamping. Suitable for a.o. pipe installations in accordance with EN1329, 1452, 1453, 1455 and ISO15493 (PVC).

1. Saw the pipes square, chamfer and deburr.
2. Clean the surfaces to be bonded with Griffon Cleaner and Cleaner Cloth.
3. Quickly and evenly apply the glue all around (4-6x) both surfaces to be bonded (thick layer on the pipe, thin layer in the sleeve).
4. Fit the sleeve directly. Remove excess glue. Do not subject the assembly to mechanical load for the first 10 minutes. After use, close the packaging tightly.

The size of the brush brush depends on the volume in the packaging. Use appropriate packaging (brush) depending on the diameter to be glued.
