Lubricant for the assembly of pipes, sleeves and couplings with rubber sleeves (sliding sleeves) in pressure systems and flow systems.

Application domain

• For joining pipes, sleeves and fittings with rubber sleeves (sliding sleeves) in pressure systems and flow systems.
• Approved for drinking water systems based on toxicological and bacteriological properties.
• Suitable for PVC-U, ABS, PE, PP, FRP, concrete and coated cast iron.
• Suitable for all diameters.

Preparation

• Application conditions: Do not apply at temperatures below 0°C.

Manual:

1. Cut the pipes square, bevel and deburr.
2. Remove dirt and moisture.
3. Apply the lubricant to the end of the tube and to the rubber sleeve.
4. Assemble the fitting directly by sliding the tube into the sliding fitting until it stops. The connection remains correctable for a few hours. Close the packaging tightly immediately after use. Stains/residues: Remove stains with water.
