Are you looking to equip your system with a UV device for your pond? In fact, the installation is relatively simple. In most cases, a UV lamp is installed outside the pool and the filtration system. In a natural pond, the development of micro-algae is very important.
A UV allows to burn these micro-algae which make the water green. A UV is often referred to as a water clarifier. It is important to choose a UV adapted to your pump and the volume of your pool so that its efficiency is maximum.
How to easily select a suitable UV lamp for your pond? We advise you to provide 3 to 4 W per M³ of water in your pool and to have a pump that sucks up your entire pool in two hours. Then, you will have to place the UV between the pump and your filter. If your filter is in a gravity system, we generally install the UV lamp after the filter or in a space of the gravity filter.
